Applicants must ensure that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. Funding Mela shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information submitted by the applicant.
Upon successful registration, each applicant shall be allotted a unique Application Number, which shall serve as the official identification number for all communications, verification, and participation in Funding Mela.
A registration fee of INR 250 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only) plus 18% GST, as applicable under Indian law, is payable at the time of registration. Funding Mela does not levy any hidden charges or additional participation fees.
The registration fee shall be fully refundable if the applicant cancels the registration within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful registration. Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the applicable refund procedure.
Registration shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable registration fee. Submission of the registration form without payment shall not constitute a valid or confirmed registration.

The Application Number shall not be transferable or reusable by any other individual or entity.
Participation in Funding Mela does not guarantee funding, investment, or financial assistance. Investment decisions shall be made solely by the participating investors based on their independent evaluation, due diligence, and investment criteria.
Every applicant with a confirmed registration shall be provided an opportunity to pitch their startup before participating investors. However, such pitching opportunity shall not be construed as an assurance or commitment of investment.
Pitching sessions shall ordinarily be conducted in offline mode at the designated venue. Online pitching may be permitted only in exceptional circumstances and subject to prior written approval from the Funding Mela Organizing Committee.
Applicants are advised not to pay any additional fees, commissions, consultancy charges, or facilitation charges to any individual, consultant, broker, or third-party agency. Funding Mela does not authorize any person or organization to collect payments other than the official registration fee. Funding Mela shall not be liable for any payments made to unauthorized persons.
All trademarks, logos, brand names, designs, service marks, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance in Funding Mela materials shall not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Funding Mela acts solely as a networking and pitching platform connecting startups with investors. Funding Mela shall not be responsible for any investment decisions, negotiations, commercial arrangements, disputes, losses, or liabilities arising between startups and investors.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to registration, participation, or any matter connected with Funding Mela shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, including the High Court of Delhi, wherever applicable.
By submitting the registration form and completing the registration process, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
